“Giving Children a Brighter Hope and Future”
“It all started 15 years ago…” After a long period of earnest prayer and a desire to have a permanent place for the children program, founders Pastor and Mrs. Joel and Levy Santos finally acquired a house and lot in Antipolo city offered on installment basis and at a minimum price.
The Precious Heritage Ministries Foundation (PHMF) is a grassroots ministry that is dedicated towards providing the spiritual and physical needs of the children under its care. PHMF provides housing, feeding, clothing, medical care, education, and love to the less fortunate children. Today, PHMF runs ten (10) children’s programs across the country.
The St. Jude College Alumni Office and Association, headed by Ms. Evangeline Terene Del-Rosario Tenchavez, answered the call of helping out this Ministry foundation by providing the needs of these children.
“I wanted to support different types of foundations, With different emphasis on children’s care. PHMF is a feeding center primarily so it focuses on regularly feeding malnourished children in urban and rural poor areas nationwide.” (Ms. Tenchavez)
Choosing the PHMF Street Ministry (teaching and Feeding center) located at Sta. Cruz, Manila, the St. Jude College Alumni Association Executive Committee visited the children and spent time with them after donating goods to be used for the days feeding program.
